A gifted singer-songwriter and lead guitarist, Wayne Daniels has spent decades shaping Australia’s live music scene. From fronting original bands in Sydney’s vibrant 80s and 90s rock era to touring alongside some of the country’s biggest names, his journey has been one of passion, perseverance, and undeniable talent.

Wayne first made his mark with Triple Entente, Shikira & Colour Blue, achieving a Top 30 single and critically acclaimed independent EP releases. As the chief songwriter in Colour Blue alongside the band’s bass player, Wayne earned praise as one of Sydney’s most underrated songwriters. The band signed with Mushroom Records in 1989, secured a publishing deal with Warner Chappell, released two singles, and held a two-year residency at the iconic Kardomah Café in Kings Cross — a staple of Sydney’s thriving live music scene.

Throughout the 90s, Wayne toured extensively and not only supported but also shared the stage and performed with some of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic artists, including John Farnham, Daryl Braithwaite, Black Box, Kate  Ceberano, Dragon, Dave Dobbyn, Richard Clapton, Ross Wilson, The Chantoozies, The Eurogliders, The Emanuel Brothers, Boom Crash Opera, Go 101, Sam Brown, James Reyne, Ian Moss, Jimmy Barnes, and Noiseworks. These experiences cemented Wayne’s reputation as a versatile and accomplished guitarist in high demand.

Wayne’s skill as a session guitarist and studio musician further solidified his place in the industry, but while a solo breakthrough was
within reach, his true path unfolded in live performance — where his passion for music came alive on stage.

By the 2000s, his band Masterpiece had become a Sydney institution, dominating the corporate entertainment circuit and performing
overseas in Thailand, Borneo, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. Masterpiece’s client list included major brands such as Virgin Group, Toshiba, and leading pharmaceutical companies. The band also enjoyed a remarkable decade-long residency at the Exchange Hotel in Balmain from 1997 to 2006 — a testament to Wayne’s lasting impact on Sydney’s music scene.

After relocating to the Gold Coast, Wayne formed KRUSH, a powerhouse band that quickly became a local favourite. But it was a
conversation in 2016 with longtime friend, marketing strategist and then venue manager Rob Lutton that changed everything. That moment sparked the creation of DREAMS – Fleetwood Mac & Stevie Nicks Tribute Show, a project that would take Wayne’s career to new heights.

Since that formation in 2016, DREAMS has grown into one of the most acclaimed tribute shows in the country, celebrating its 300th performance in early 2025. As the band’s co-founder, musical director, and lead guitarist, Wayne channels the artistry of Lindsey Buckingham with precision and passion — delivering the signature guitar work, vocals, and energy that define Fleetwood
Mac’s timeless sound.

Annette Zavesa | Lead Vocals

Annette Zavesa is a seasoned performer whose career spans original music, international stages, and high profile tribute shows. From an early age, Annette was captivated by the art of storytelling through music, launching her journey as a songwriter and recording artist at just 16. Her talent soon caught the attention of producers, leading her to Los Angeles where she immersed herself in the city’s dynamic music scene.

Annette’s tenure in Los Angeles was a pivotal period in her career. Immersed in the city’s vibrant music scene, she collaborated with esteemed producers and musicians, refining her craft and gaining invaluable industry insights. This phase not only enhanced her songwriting and vocal abilities but also deepened her understanding of the global music landscape. Los Angeles was a formative chapter in her life.

Upon returning to Australia, Annette became a familiar face on Sydney’s live music circuit. In 2005, she was invited as a solo support act for US R&B sensation 112 during their Sydney and Melbourne shows. A testament to her vocal prowess and commanding stage presence. Her versatility saw her fronting numerous bands before joining the acclaimed corporate show band Masterpiece. Touring extensively both nationally and internationally, Annette performed for elite corporate clients and prestigious events, helping to cement Masterpiece as one of Australia’s premier corporate bands.

It was during this time that Annette first crossed paths with guitarist and show creator Wayne Daniels. A musical connection that would soon pave the way for something extraordinary.

In 2016, Annette became the original ‘Stevie Nicks’ in DREAMS. Her uncanny ability to channel the mystical energy, vocal depth, and magnetic stage presence of Stevie Nicks instantly set her apart, earning accolades from fans and industry insiders alike.

It was the unique musical chemistry between Wayne and Annette that helped propel DREAMS from its humble beginnings to becoming one of Australia’s most loved Fleetwood Mac tribute shows. Together, their performances captivated audiences, building a loyal fan base and driving years of SELL OUT shows. 

Annette’s deep connection to Fleetwood Mac’s music is evident in every note she sings. She is captivated by the timeless classics and the rich, sometimes turbulent history of the band — elements that give each song its emotional weight. For Annette, stepping into the role of Stevie Nicks is more than performance; it’s storytelling at its finest. Pete Rundle | Keys – Dreams Member (since 2016)

Few musicians can claim a career as rich, diverse, and enduring as Pete Rundle. A seasoned performer, accomplished musician, and dynamic entertainer whose versatility and talent have made him a sought-after figure in the live music scene. Pete has become a familiar face on stages across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.

From major festivals to international tours, Pete’s journey has seen him headline events like the Brisbane Expo, Bellingen World Music Festival, Goulburn Blues Festival, and the Hibiscus Festival in Fiji. His performances have captivated massive audiences — playing to crowds exceeding 40,000 people.

Touring has been a cornerstone of Pete’s career. He has performed with The Drifters (USA), toured extensively along the Australian east coast, and spent eight months performing throughout New Zealand. Along the way, he’s worked with leading names including Christine Anu, Paul Young, and Spanish pop star Vero, and toured with DREAMS from its beginning in 2016.

Equally at home in powerhouse tribute shows, Pete has featured in That 80’s Band, Tom Jones Show, Disco Divas, Glory Days – Bruce Springsteen Show, Start Me Up – Rolling Stones Show, Classic Rock Show, The Eagles Tribute, The Santana Tribute, The Guitar Legends Show, and The Blues Brothers Show (including Blues Brothers Rebooted).

Over the years, Pete has performed alongside and supported some of Australia’s most iconic artists. His resume includes appearances with Leo Sayer, Ian Moss, James Morrison and The Machinations, as well as opening for legends like John Farnham, Jimmy Barnes, Mental as Anything, Glenn Shorrock, Brian Cadd, Human Nature, Russell Morris, and Russell Cotton & Keys.

Known for his professionalism and adaptability, Pete has performed the National Anthem at major events, political gatherings, and official functions, including appearances for prime ministers, governors, ambassadors, and dignitaries at international sporting events. 

His corporate client list speaks volumes, having performed for brands like Coca-Cola, Toshiba, Citibank, Harley Davidson, VW, BMW, and many more. International performances have taken him across Thailand, Borneo, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji. 

His musical career is a true testament to his wide reaching appeal.

Pete’s love of live music keeps him grounded in local scenes — frequenting pubs, clubs, RSLs, and performing at weddings, festivals, wineries, corporate events, and private functions. No stage is too big or too small.

An accomplished composer, Pete also created the soundtrack for the documentary “Koalas – The Bare Facts”, which aired on The World Around Us and National Geographic.

As Musical Director for the International Festival at Darling Harbour, Pete led international acts for two years running — backing singers from around the world with his signature musicality.

With a wealth of experience, passion, and professionalism, Pete Rundle continues to bring energy, heart, and world-class musicianship to every performance.

Daniel Bruce | Bass - Dreams Member (since 2020)

Daniel Bruce is a seasoned bassist whose talent, versatility, and groove have earned him a solid reputation across Australia’s live music and touring scene. With a career spanning original projects, international tours, and high-profile tribute productions, Daniel brings a rich musical pedigree and a deep love for the craft of live performance.

An accomplished musician, Daniel first gained national attention with The Watt Riot, winners of Triple J’s Unearthed competition in 2007. He went on to explore his own compositions with The DB5, a jazz/world music fusion project that showcased his musicality and creativity. Daniel also toured internationally with Super Massive, featuring members of Machine Gun Fellatio, completing two tours to Vietnam.

A highly sought after bass player in the tribute and corporate entertainment scene, Daniel’s credits include working with renowned productions such as Elvis to the Max (Max Pellicano) and Elvis: An American Trilogy, a major US show that toured Australia and New Zealand. He has become a regular feature on the main stage at the iconic Parkes Elvis Festival since 2018.

His ability to adapt seamlessly across genres has seen him perform with international touring acts including Songs in The Key of Motown (USA) and Sun Records All Stars, celebrating the legends of the rock’n’roll era. Daniel has also held down the low end for popular tribute productions like Rod Stewart & the Best of Britain, Forever Olivia starring Anita Spring, and Two Strong Hearts – Olivia and Farnham with Anita Spring and Jeff Fallon.

Adding to his diverse resume, Daniel has toured with Icons in Concert, performed with The Neville’s (a band formed by post Footy Show musicians), and anchored countless corporate, festival, and theatre shows. His work with Masterpiece saw him perform for major corporate clients and tour both nationally and internationally, further showcasing his rock-solid musicianship and professional edge. This chapter also led him to join DREAMS in 2020.

With extensive touring experience across Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and the international cruise ship circuit, Daniel is known for his reliability, professionalism, and deep musical feel. Whether it’s classic rock, pop, soul, or the golden era of Motown, Daniel’s ability to lock in and drive a band is second to none.

Kayne Butler | Drums – Dreams Member (since 2020)

Kayne Butler is a highly accomplished drummer whose career has taken him around the world, performing with music legends and some of Australia’s most respected artists. With over 20 years of experience, Kayne has built a reputation as a dynamic and versatile musician. Equally at home on international stages, in studio sessions, and with touring productions such as The BoneymXperience and Elvis to the Max, to but name a few.

From performing with Jermaine Jackson and Pink to playing countless shows across the USA, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, Kayne’s global career reflects both his technical mastery and deep musicality. His 15 national tours and extensive recording credits showcase a drummer who can effortlessly move between genres such as pop, rock, jazz, and world music. While always delivering a powerful and emotive performance.

What sets Kayne apart is his innate ability to connect rhythm and melody, becoming the true heartbeat of any band. His playing is driving, hypnotic, and yet filled with subtlety. Serving the music while creating moments that captivate audiences. Constantly evolving, Kayne continues to refine his craft, drawing on his vast experience and passion for percussion.

Performing with DREAMS from 2020, Kayne brings the unmistakable groove and world class musicianship to the show. With every beat, Kayne ensures the music not only resonates but lives and breathes. Capturing the very soul of Fleetwood Mac’s timeless sound. 

Georgia Roper | Vocals 

Sydney-based musician Georgia Roper is a rising star known for her versatility and dynamic presence in the music world. At just 24 years old, Georgia has built a remarkable career that seamlessly blends performance, DJing, and teaching, all the while constantly evolving her craft. With a Bachelor of Music from the prestigious Australian Institute of Music (AIM), she is a highly skilled and sought after passionate performer.

As the lead singer of Vibe Wedding Band, Sydney’s top wedding band, Georgia brings a perfect mix of energy and elegance to every performance. The band’s reputation for excellence has earned them 12 ‘Best Live Band’ awards, including honors from the ABIA, LUX, and IWA Awards, making them one of the most sought-after bands for high-profile weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

In addition to her role with Vibe Wedding Band, Georgia is a sought-after DJ on Sydney Harbour, where she spins a variety of music to accompany the stunning views on charter boats. Her DJ expertise extends to corporate and high-end events across the city, where she curates unforgettable soundtracks to elevate the atmosphere.

Georgia is also a key performer in the Australian Katy Perry and Taylor Swift Tribute Show, where she takes on the role of Taylor Swift to sold-out shows. Her performances are beloved by audiences, showcasing her ability to capture the magic of these pop icons in a fun, engaging way.

Outside of performing, Georgia shares her musical talents as a dedicated singing teacher. With over five years of experience, she has taught children of all ages, fostering their love of music and helping them find their voices.

With a deep admiration for Fleetwood Mac’s unique blend of rock, folk, and pop, Georgia is honoured to step into the vocal role of Christine McVie in DREAMS. Christine’s rich, emotive voice and timeless hits have always been a source of inspiration for Georgia. She’s thrilled to bring her own interpretation of Christine’s iconic style to the stage, capturing the heart and soul of McVie’s music while honouring her legacy as one of the band’s most beloved members. 

Grace Newton | Vocals & Flute

Grace Newton is a singer-songwriter from Robertson, a small town in the Southern Highlands, whose music is deeply shaped by her country upbringing and lifelong connection to music. Raised in a musical family, Grace began playing piano at the age of five before discovering a passion for the flute at eleven. Over time, songwriting and singing became the heart of her creative expression, leading her to develop a raw, intimate sound that resonates deeply with listeners.

Having recently graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Grace continues to refine her artistry while drawing inspiration from indie folk storytelling and organic instrumentation. Alongside her love of songwriting, she remains deeply passionate about the flute, embracing every opportunity to weave its warmth and emotion into her music, particularly within Dreams, where the instrument plays a special role. 

Now emerging as an indie folk solo artist, Grace is currently recording her debut EP, a collection of songs that reflect vulnerability, connection, and the landscapes that have influenced her journey both personally and musically.
